Porsche-911-BIG-6-R-V Switched DESCRIPTION The 123\PORSCHE-911-BIG-6-R-V is designed for Porsche 911 2,4L – 2,7L and 3,3L 6 cylinder engines. Suitable for engines without HKZ (CDI) unit or first generation HKZ unit ( 3 wires ). Warning: Don’t use the original HKZ (CDI) coil direct on the 123ignition.The unit offers a maximum total of 16 advance-curves to be selected by the end-user.Please take a look in the table below for available advance curves. Switched Distributor
Purchased for my ‘74 911 to replace original bosch distributor in need of a rebuild. Quality and build seem very good. Installed per instructions and car fired up 1st try. Checked timing at idle and 6k RPM and both were spot on right out of the gate. I did use the included rotor as it seems to have a more positive fit than the bosch. However I did end up using a Bosch cap, as the included cap quality seemed sub par and fitment was not as good as the Bosch cap. Otherwise very pleased.

These dist. are so nice, literally a plug and play
