Mini-4-R-V DESCRIPTION The 123\MINI-4-R-V is designed with the mini/midget-enthusiast in mind. This unit is suitable for the older ‘pre-A plus’ Mini/Midget engines, but also available for the newer A-plus engines. ( referred to as : 123\MINI-A+-R-V ) The 16 curves are nicely divided over the spectrum, so that the unit lends itself perfectly for tuning.The unit offers a maximum total of 16 advance-curves to be selected by the end-user.Please take a look in the table below for available advance curves. New Mini R-V Distributor for my MOKE
This is the second 123 Ignition Distributor that I've purchased, the first was for my Morgan 4/4, 105E Ford powered race car. Fully programmable the distributor has been easy to use and very reliable. This purchase ,for my pit car, 998 powered MOKE I decided I didn't need all the bells and whistles and so ordered the more simple one that I could set and hopefully forget. Initially I set the distributor code to the distributor I was removing from the MOKE, almost done with the installation I discovered the correct distributor number for my non original motor in my Mini Workshop Manual and so had to pull the distributor back out of the engine to switch codes. The manual is the one put out by Leyland Cars. Find your engine number and match it to the Mini it came from then find the proper code before you start the install. My Mini MOKE has never run better.
