In this kit you get the bushing, the spacer and two 4mm roll pins.
The bushing is used to increase the shaft size to accept the original gear when fitting the ccw gear on the E21 after 1978. You must be able to drill a 4mm hole when relocating the old gear on the new shaft to achieve the proper gear depth.
