From time to time due to increased crankcase back pressure a 123ignition may see oil being introduced into the PCB area. This condition is often caused by cracked rings or some catastrophic engine failure and must be addressed. It does not happen to all BMW.
We have modified a new shaft patterned after the original Bmw shaft with the reverse oil groove. It is our goal that with this design change and the new seal and bushing oil intrusion will be greatly reduced if not eliminated.
